Processing Time

Sunglasses are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Shirts and apparel may require a longer handling period due to production and stock rotation. We aim to dispatch all clothing orders within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–10 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand & Australia: 3–14 business days after dispatch

USA, UK, Canada & Europe: 10–12 business days after dispatch

Rest of World: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your items are on the way.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Packaged with all original tags and labels

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of fault or error.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at ml@mahutalivestock.com with a photo and description. We’ll resolve the issue quickly, offering a replacement or full refund with prepaid return postage if necessary.
