Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Opononi, Far North, New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

International Orders, Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside New Zealand and Australia, customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the item, we can arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
