We ship all orders from Opononi far north New Zealand . Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location.

🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

🚫 Customs & Import Fees

  • If you're ordering from outside Australia/NZ, your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility to cover the cost.

❌ Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • If your package is returned due to a wrong address or not being collected, we can resend it — but you’ll need to cover the extra shipping cost.
